As Pataki stated, TRUTHFULLY:
‘’The root causes of crime are the criminals who engage in it,’’
The point was: if you’re going to commit crimes, don’t whine about being incarcerated.
The “problem” is not black men behind bars. The problem is black men committing crimes.
