Report: Palin's Wardrobe Is to Be Audited by GOP
Now that the defeated team of Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin have gone their separate ways, the knives are out and Palin is the one who is getting filleted.
Revelations from anonymous critics from within the McCain-Palin campaign suggest a number of complaints about the Alaskan governor:
Fox News reports that Palin didn't know Africa was a continent and did not know the member nations of the North American Free Trade Agreement -- the United States, Mexico and Canada -- when she was picked for vice president.
The New York Times reports that McCain aides were outraged when Palin staffers scheduled her to speak with French President Nicholas Sarkozy, a conversation that turned out to be a radio station prank.
Newsweek reports that Palin spent far more than the previously reported $150,000 on clothes for herself and her family.
Several publications say she irked the McCain campaign by asking to make her own concession speech on election night.
The tension is likely to continue or get worse. Lawyers for the Republican National Committee are heading to Alaska to try to account for all the money that was spent on clothing, jewelry and luggage, according to The New York Times.

Good.
I agree, I absolutely do not believe Sarah didn’t know Africa was a continent! That is an obvious lie. I am furious about Cameron repeating an anonymous source, and now other news organizations are reporting this as fact. Nothing has made me more angry this whole election season than this trashing of an honorable woman. McCain and Palin lost. Why can’t they leave her in peace? She has already endured more investigation, smears, and ridicule than any candidate in the history of our nation. I am hoping for Sarah in ‘12, but I’m afraid this smearing will be so complete and severe, she may not recover. I will pray that God will uphold her. I know her strong faith and loving family will pull her through. I just hope we haven’t lost our chance for her leadership in the future.
“When you make the list of BOs dummy statements dont forget that he said that we dont need North Slope oil because we could save that much with proper tire inflation”.
...one of the best yet!
Rush was just playing this audio on his show. Here’s what he said:
They (including McCain) are trying to destroy Palin so conservatives don’t retake the party, we (convservatives) we’re played, the war now is not with Obama, it’s a war in the Party, moderates/rhinos vs conservatives, and Palin is the enemy, they are afraid of her. Basically, staffers are doing this for two reasons:
1) They are not conservatives
2) They need to blame somebody because they were behind the massive loss and want to get jobs in the future.
HOWEVER, and even WORSE, watch for a McCain/X Amnesty bill very quickly, McCain and some democrat will pass this in a breeze as another kick in the face. And YET EVEN WORSE the republicans are on TV saying Obama is going to govern from the Center, they haven’t learned anything and are literally retards.
Rush summed it up so much better than I did just there, but he did say the attacks on Palin are even worse than he suspected, who is to gain he says? The moderates, they are trying to ruin her 2012 run trying to make her out to be fool, petty, ignorant hick. And all this is coming from our own Party, and the closest thing we have to a conservative news channel is leading the charge.
As for whomever is leaking stuff now on McCain's staff... whomever this is... it is THIS PERSON and the logic coming out of this person's mouth that lost the election for McCain.
To quibble about her wardrobe is nuts. She was actually MIS MATCHED in her outfit on Katie Couric. She friggin’ needed clothes. How much did the Obama’s spend on clothes?
We are forgetting that she was thrown into the lion's den on August 31st, a little more than two months ago. And she had given birth four months before that. And she still was running Alaska.
I'd like to find out who is leaking this stuff from McCain's side.
Is it the same idiot who told McCain not to go after Wright, Ayers, Odingo in Kenya, the birth certificate, his lack of college records and IRS records?
Is it the same idiot on McCain's side who “restrained” McCain and Palin when they should have been hitting hard and low?
Is it the same idiot who scheduled Palin for the “easy” interviews of Gibson and Couric?
Whomever McCain was entrusting with these decisions COST McCain the election. Palin did NOT cost McCain votes, the deciionmakers who screwed up her popularity, who miscalculated the political climate and culture and kept McCain in some 1980’s time warp of “reaching across the aisle’ is the IDIOT WHO LOST THE ELECTION.
It is said that those who win Presidential elections are the ones who have the best argument - the best slogan — the best logic summarized for their candidacy.
Whomever was working for McCain was stuck in some time warp — who the hell remembers Tip O Neil and Reagan reaching across the aisle to Tip?
And Reagan didn't compromise himself on his beliefs in ‘reaching across the aisle”.
The McCain idiot who did not understand Palin blew the election. Palin is Reagan in a dress. Remember that ONE DAY after the One’s big Colorado speech, Palin stole all his thunder?
She still has the thunder. She needs to get away from McCain's useful idiots fast. Romney will be gunning for her next.
And the MSM want to “Katherine Harris” her into obscurity.
But they won't be able to. She IS Reagan in a dress.
The only part of these stories that I hope is true is the one about Sarah making campaign staffers cry.
1. Anonymous = BS
2. If they do show their faces = still BS.. what good does any of this do them now.
3. Even if it all were true, which it is not, why blame Palin...she didn’t ask for the position.
4. Palin has been very gracious to McCain since the Election. If he does not publicly denounce this crap I have NO USE for him at all.
5. The Mac campaign used Bush handlers...We know how well they handled Bush’s reputation!
If I'm getting two entirely different versions of a particular situation....one from McLame and one from Governor Palin then I'm believing the Governor.
I'll always believe the Republican. And never the RAT.
I'm on the same page. I've voted for several marginal candidates because they were the lesser of two evils. In very simple terms, we now have the greatest of all possible evils taking power in our country. We have nothing left to fear other than fear itself, and I refuse to be afraid of Obama. As for another lame RINO, nope, I'm not going to worry that refusal to vote RINO will give us another Dem. If we survive Hussein Obama, we can survive anything. What we can't afford is giving the GOP leadership the impression that RINOs have a chance of winning. I don't demand perfect, but I do insist upon a candidate who pokes the other guy in the eye a whole lot more often than he does it to his own party!
I also insist that our nominee support the Second Amendment, which is about self-defense against criminals and against a criminal government and not about hunting, and that he support the First Amendment. Also, even if the candidate isn't pure pro-life in terms of what the law should say, he (she?) should at least believe that abortion is always immoral and should never be funded with tax dollars except to save the life of the mother. If that's too much to ask, then the GOP can just do without my vote.
Steve Schmidt, Rick Davis, adman Fred Davis, strategist Greg Strimple, pollster Bill McInturff and strategy director Sarah Simmons: according to Newsweek they considered telling McCain he didn’t have a chance on the Sunday before the last debate. They are on my list.
American Spectators say that it is former Romney staffers:

Hey Cameron,
Fox people behind the scenes are anonymously saying you eat your boogers and then you scratch your butt followed by licking your fingers. They further went on to say you like the taste of smegma, and love dingleberrys.
As for the clothes, i think the problem is that she wanted to wear her consignment shop dresses rather than the designer digs they wanted to wrap her in that has these people angry.
Exactly!! Reagan did not compromise his beliefs and that needs to be pointed out again and again. McCain thinks reaching across the aisle is kissing the dims a$$ while turning a deaf ear to your own party.
I believe the LORD placed her there to remind us that He has a remnant in the world....for now.
funny how we still never hear a thing from the lame stream media about the reaction from the hussien campaign to brainless joe biden’s gaffes....
btw arlen spectator- who did more good for their respective ticket- Palin of biden???
these people are dogsh!t....
Going to 5 diffrent colleges in four years, just like having 5 different jobs in four years, is usually considered a Red Flag.
Who are these “McCain Aides” we keep hearing about but are never named? What’s there background? “There claim to fame”? Let’s get some names so we can vet them for ourselves. The more I hear about these “Aides” the more I’m thinking HIV.
Sarah has more honor and integrity in her little pinkie than most of Washington right now.
McLame needs to be taken out in his next primary.
