AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! Americas anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to dothats host. Get ready to what you were born to dothats listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

Honestly, Bredesen might be a Dim, but he is better than his predecessor RINO. He is a throwback to the more “moderate” Dims.

that last story about mr cole is the entire reason the libtards voted for bambi - they love stories like that (which are usually found to be lies if they are investigated) - but they so believe the storyline, that the truth of the story is not important
for them - the most important function of government is to make them ‘feel good’ - something a church or a shrink did at one time

re: the unstable ballerina with the missing finger
That’s nothing... Mr. Oslo choreographer is touted as an ‘orthodox’ Jew. You should see what’s been written on him since his pick by O.
It fits that his big brothers name is Ezekiel... I figure we’re about chapter 37 or 38 right now.

one thing struck me as curious about rove last night - he was on bor, h&c and greta last night - at the end of the segment on each show, he said he really enjoyed working with them - almost a goodbye - i wonder if he is leaving fox
He did the same on Fox & Friends yesterday (while giving out cookies) and Doocey asked him flat out if he was leaving. He said (paraphrasing) no, his contract with Fox runs thru July, but now that the election is over he doesn't expect to be around much.

I didn't really know if Rush was serious when he gave that lady a car. I think she was the one who owned a small jewelry store? Why hasn't this gotten more coverage? (Rhetorical question)
Rush is not Oprah...that's why!!

Some say that the culprits are his ex-staffers who went to work on McCain's campaign. If so, he could stop their rumor-mongering cold, if he wanted to. He hasn't.
I take particular issue with this statement. Those doing this are all adults, and are doing the bidding of more than one person. What if it is a Romney staffer, who thinks he is helping his candidate, and is being told he is helping Romney by others in the RNC? I believe we should hold the individuals who are doing this responsible and if Romney happens to be one of them, I'll be sad, but he should be held accountable. But to blame him for the actions of others who are/were actively campaigning for a different candidate at the time is a little much for me.

how many seats in congress are up for grabs in 2 years?Technically, all 434 house seats and one-third of the senate seats. In reality, the majority of seats are challenger-proof, due partially to McCain-Feingold (aka The Incumbent Protection Act).

l Know where you are going but there is huge difference between voting for a free lunch which for many people is hard to pass up and voting to let someone steal your wallet while you are looking.
Many people are too dumb to realize that creating debt in their or their kids names is akin to stealing their wallet. But as long as the dems/some or pubbies can get away with outrageous spenidng, not sealing borders etc. they will.
Those of us who are not afraid to stand up need to.
I agree with the bottom half of your post but I still think that conservatism is the path that many will chose if it is properly presented to them.

Mine is unemployed now. He was in the auto industry.
I had planned to work for two more years before I can
retire. I’ve got a pension and am old enough if they
let me keep my 401K. If things get really bad, I guess
I might be looking for work until the day I die.

Why do you say that? Deflation...the value of the dollar is going to rise dramatically as loans are no longer available. Incomes will fall in actual dollar amounts, while loan payments and mortgages remain the same.
That's why so many lost their homes in the Great Depression.

Shoot Rush, Rahm is Freddie Mac as well! He was a big player.
I remember this:
My home city of Chicago has succeeded in developing affordable housing programs because of the commitment of the city government agencies, Mayor Daleys office, private sector entities like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and many other state and local organizations. Programs like City Mortgage, New Homes for Chicago, HouseChicago and the Chicago Homeowners Assistance Program have been successful because of the commitment of public and private sector entities to community building.
Sure Rahm, you on the board’s didn’t hurt.
