I need to look up information about the duties of the Electoral College and find out when they are required to meet to take care of their responsibilities. Obviously it must be some designated time between Election Day and January 20th!

What I wrote is what I believe would happen and the most likely scenarios in absence of actual FEC laws providing for this situation..
My reasoning was based upon the actual provisions of the Constitution, the concept of “original intent” that SCOTUS relies upon in absence of actual case law, and common sense.
