The Electoral College will have the duty to certify that the winner of the "election" is properly qualified to take the oath of office and serve as President of the United States of America. Obama's birth cettificate may be required.

I won’t be holding my breath for them to wise up.

Made up of Democrats? You have to be kidding me? They will no more look at his credentials than did the party powers who put him on the ballot.

I hope they ask for an authentic birth certificate. If not, they aren’t doing their job!

If Obama’s birth certificate is fake, and the Electoral College rules it as fake, what exactly will happen? It will go to McCain right? Or will it go to Joe Biden?

The certified birth certificate/place of birth and dual citizenships are just one set of issues. I still keep wondering if he was legally adopted and became Barry Soetoro, did he legally change his name back to Obama? If not, the filings for State Senate, US Senate and US President in the name Barack Obama may be fraudulent.
To: benjibrowder
It depends state-to-state. The electors represent the state’s intrests and are bound by the state’s laws.
To: Paperdoll
Nope, Biden, then he gets to name his VP. Pelousy stays right where she is.

If only they would stay that way. It is because of them and their self absorbed egos that the office of President has been so tarnished. More than what the dems blame Nixon.

Liberal intolerance is alive and well. That was some defeat. It took BO 2 years, with a greedy, liberal Pro Obama media chasing his $600+ million to win with less than 10% of the popular vote.
Looks like a waste of money.
