What makes me skeptical of this story are the morning-by-morning anecdotes of somewhat faithfully listening to Don and Roma's WLS Morning Show. They have been hugely pro-Republican, and never had to eat crow, though on fairly rare occasion they would take mild some guff from callers.

All-in-all, I had the impression that Don and Roma were quite represemtative of those in the suburbs.

In short, the results in this story make me suspicious that other influences were at work in the vote tallies.

Obviously not. I used to listen to them in the when my mom drove to school many years ago.
