I’m basing my suspicion on reports for months that it has been Romney’s people working for McCain who have been spreading all of these damaging rumors from inside the campaign since Palin was nominated... and against other potential VP picks before that (except for Romney, coincidentally).

“Came out of the shower with only a bathrobe.”

This is excusable, any man on the campaign staff that was bothered by this is probably also a little grumpy today because of prop 8.

However, what if it is true? I doubt there are any FReepers who would not believe that the Hildebeast threw temper tantrums (and ashtrays, lamps, etc. etc) I don't remember any of those reports being sourced to a particular name. "White House Staffers" sufficed then.

The difference is that's the kind of stuff done out of public sight.

Whereas if a candidate is so ignorant they think Africa is a country, the USA has more than 57 states, FDR appeared on TV in 1929, or Canada has a President, then they are going to let something slip in their public statements. We wouldn't need anonymous backroom insiders to tell us.

Yeah you heard right. Carl Cameron could barely contain his glee.

So, O’Stupid got an email from me:

“Bill,

Until Carl Cameron names sources, I don’t believe a word of his hit piece on Sarah Palin.

And shame on you for allowing him to spin without sourcing his comments with names.

If the big boys on McCain’s campaign want to criticize Palin, who did more for McCain than anyone in this election, then let them have the brass to be named.

And you called it “good reporting” . It was beneath both you and him.”

I won’t accept Palin bashing. She took a big hit for the team, and now the team wants to blame her.

Another sign the GOP is finished as a party. We need to start over with a new party. The GOP can go the way of the Whigs—they are just as powerless, rudderless, and impotent as the Whigs were in 1854.

“Share?”

Here’s what I said -—

Very BIG News Tip:

For Carl, Shep, BOR and FOX:

Thought you guys would like to know what’s being said out here in America.

Thousands of bloggers are complaining, and it seems like they are all saying the same things...

You have lost us as viewers due to your lack of reporting facts that are pertinent to this country and instead are relying on gossip.

You’ve all become Geraldo, and that’s not a compliment, BTW!

We’ve noticed you have been heading down this road for a while, but enough is enough.

Even my dear mom is disgusted with Shep and BOR, and that took some doing. Yes, she’s disgusted and is no longer watching anyone except Hannity.

There’s no respect for you in the living rooms of America, and we are tuning out.

“If these stories are fabricated, we will find out in due time.”

I don’t agree. The press attached caricatures to Dan Quayle and Ronald Reagan that could never be erased, despite books and beautiful eulogies. To this day everyone thinks Dan Quayle was a doofus and Ronald Reagan an uncaring lout who took three-hour naps every day. The media is a perpetual smear machine to any conservative, and especially self-made ones who really believe in our principles, like Sarah. The truth about Sarah Palin will NEVER come out if you wait for the LSM. Never. She’s too big a threat to them.

I hate to take issue but...what has Jindal done? How is he any better than Palin? Do you think the MSM wouldn’t rake him over the coals because New Orleans is still a mess (9th ward)? While I think Bobby Jindal could be the future of the party, he is no more a “heavyweight” than Obamma was when he started his quest for the Presidency (I’m not dissing Bobby.)

Look, I’m mad as hell over the turn of events, but unless and until we remove the RINO’s that are currently making the decisions at the RNC, we will continue to be on the outside looking in.

Let’s look at a couple of things.

Barney Frank was sexually involved with the former head of Freddie Mac while a member of the oversight committee. Did we do anything? No.

Robert Wexler represents a district in Florida and lives full time in Maryland. He uses his in-laws address for political cover. Did we push the issue and make him resign? No.

The Republican party and John McCain (and I do thank him for his service) have become the Chamberlain’s of the political scene. Their motto: Let’s not make any waves.

The Dems, lie, cheat, steal, and do it to your face and we do nothing. We are “victims.” Well frankly, I’m tired of this crap. I refuse to back a party or a candidate that “reaches across the aisle in bi-partisan spirit.” I want a candidate to reach across the aisle and knock the snot out of the opposition.

If ACORN has violated the provisions of it’s tax-exempt status, WE go to Justice and demand an investigation. If nothing happens, we scream louder. Let the American people know that THEY are being disenfranchised when voter fraud occurs.

Make motor-voter a thing of the past. Most Americans still favor fair play. They may joke about the dead voting, but deep down inside they don’t want it to happen. It’s time we take a page out of the Dems playbook and get tough. We scream long and loud until they cannot ignore it.

John McCain said as President he would veto any pork-laden bill that crossed his desk and “name names.” OK John, you aren’t the President; you can’t veto the bill; but you can still name names. DO IT. Show us you mean it. This goes for everyone in Congress. The RNC needs us to support the candidates. It’s time we tell them that we will no longer support RINO’s and weak-kneed Republicans. We’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore.

As for the media, if ABC, NBC, CBS,and FOX want to get into bed with the Dems, let them. From now on, we snub them. Hey, need a Republican Senator on “Meet the Press”, sorry, busy that weekend. Carl Cameron asks a question, Sorry can’t hear you. There are enough alternative forms of media where we can get our message out.

Until we start asserting ourselves, the Dems are going to walk all over us. It may take some time and we may be a minority party for a while, but I am a CONSERVATIVE FIRST and a Republican second.

Saul Alinsky tactics. They weren’t kidding when they said Obama was already running for reelection.

This story was crafted to penetrate deep into the electorate, current voters, and future voters who are not even old enough to register.

Just plain sickening to watch.

Who on earth will believe anything coming from Newsweek? Only the libtards.

The following paragraph should settle this nasty rumor!

A Palin aide said: “Governor Palin was not directing staffers to put anything on their personal credit cards, and anything that staffers put on their credit cards has been reimbursed, like an expense. Nasty and false accusations following a defeat say more about the person who made them than they do about Governor Palin.”

Well, she was called at 3AM when the Russians flew in our airspace. She deals with Russia often on fishing rights, trade, etc.

That’s foreign policy experience in my book...and more than most governors have.

“Came out of the shower with only a bathrobe.”

1. How does anyone know that’s all she had on?

2. I come out of the shower with nothing on, until I get a towel and then a bathrobe.

3. Maybe she doesn’t like to keep people waiting.

4. What is this, high school?
