It will win 55 to 45 and the filthy demonic judges will throw it out— The peoples vote is irrelevant, the judges rule this state. The peoples vote and say is useless. California is a joke, I have grown to hate this state and am seriously considering moving out.... Sorry for the negativity but I have had enough.

It's warranted. I've been keepings lists of places to move to when we can flee Mexifornia. The kicker is that my hubby had a reasonable job offer in the KC area - and turned it down! I'm trying not to whine about it too much...

It really is pathetic! Prop 8 WILL pass and I guarantee the courts will somehow overtun it, they always do.
It is unbelievable, we vote and the courts nullifies our decisions, I am ready to go commando...
I moved to CA 20 years ago and think I have seen enough. It is really sad what has become of this once great state, it is no longer Golden—just burnt out and fried .
