Fire a Liberal — it'll make you feel better...
I for one intend to do it tomorrow... NY is a right to Work State, I can fire anyone i want for any reason or for no reason (as long as it isn't racial or gender discrimination)...
Their are a handful of spoiled self-righteous twenty-somethings who work for me... they have no idea what my politics are and have shamelessly worked on Obama stuff at the office... like all narcissist's, they assume everyone thinks like they do... tomorrow two of them will learn the hard way that they were wrong...
Here is what I intend to say:

Ordinarily, I would find making a decision like this difficult and painful... However, these are not ordinary times. This was no ordinary elections. And my decision is not difficult. You have chosen in the past several months to bring your political views into the work place... so it is no secret to me that you have been active in supporting the very democratic candidates who I believe will threaten the very existence of this business... You are apparently, not interested in the welfare of this business and the people it provides with jobs. Subsequently, I'm not interested in employing you. Today is your last day. You'll be paid a two-week severance. You are entitled to COBRA health care benefits as described by law. You are probably entitled to unemployment benefits, but you'll have to pursue that on your own. If you choose to use me as a reference for future employment, I will give a true and faithful account of your performance here, but will also describe my reasons (as outlined above) for terminating you.
You may think that this decision is harsh and perhaps unfair — but no person is immune from the consequences of their actions and decisions. Grownups live their politics — and know you must live yours.
I wish you well and good luck in your future endeavors.”

no seperate and unequal based on idiology...i disagree.
simply put many people dont know how these policies effect them.
some think they are owed health ins, or a certain wage. That they have a right to the work, of others.
health care for example
many think it should be a right....a right...to have your bodies ailments checked by a person who went to school for x years etc...A right to the services of another human being. While I wont make the slavery jump. I would not consider the services, fruits of labor, and work of another human being the right of another (or government) in any capacity.
I do agree if you are selling products and the sales tax etc goes up...you post it right on the front door.

Can you think of a better way to educate them than by carefully calculating the additional costs and taking them out of their paychecks ?
most people when presented with the facts are smart enough to figure it out.
its when they are not shown is when they can be lead astray through demagoguery and fear.
They were given the facts and chose Obama’s fantasies instead. Nothing teaches economic lessons like the direct effect on your wallet.
So a semi-literate moron, who can’t tell the difference between “they’re”, “there” and “their”, thinks that firing people for their politics is a great idea (about as un-American, or anti-American a sentiment as you can get), and you’re (note the correct form there) cheering him on?

If this guy does what he’s threatening, I hope his business collapses and he lands very hard on that ass he seems to use in lieu of a brain.

kinda like ‘firing a jew’? Or a Christian? How about them Irish? nobody ever liked them much either.
You are walking into dangerous territory here. I suggest you rethink your strategy.
