A judge of elections told me yesterday that she expects it to be at least another hour until the last voters in line are through; therefore no results to deliver to county election HQ until 11 PM EST or later.

Rendell is on CBS saying the turnout in Philly and the burbs has been so huge that numerically, the T cant deliver the win to McCain.
Also, NPR is saying that all the seperate exit pollsters are showing the same thing, which is a big Obama win in PA.
