Very early. If you look closely, you can see the percentage of precincts reporting as you hover your cursor over the state. The numbers say things like "2 percent"; ".061 percent," etc. So, I don't think anyone should take the available returns for NH and ME seriously as yet.

It IS changing every second!
I just watched KY get colored red and Vermont get colored blue..
And then the Electoral vote count changed to reflect those #’s (even though Vt still has 0% reporting)
Then it changed back to not being colored for a few seconds..
Now, they’re colored in again...

No, that's based on less than *50* votes (Dixville Notch and Hart's Location) who have been wrong as often as they've been right. Those are the ONLY returns so far, and they voted at midnight.
Get a grip people. It’s too early to get paranoid. The exit polls are going to favor Obie. The nitwork crowd will do all they can to influence the west state voters.
