Clinton was bad but tempered by his desire to remain in power. This is much worse. This is left wing idolatry at its worst at the levers now.

The radical left socialists are rejoicing and salivating at the prospect of expanding the nationalization of our economy begun by GWB and his Treasury Secretary. I do not believe they would have ever dared nationalize the banks and insurance companies but now those very companies are being handed over to the democrats already nationalized to do with as they please, courtesy of our socialist led republican party. We are going to have to learn to outcheat then, and get more dead voters to the polls. NOTHING will ever be done about voter fraud in this country. Spot on. This election WAS close...whether that was because our base didn’t show up or because independents went for socialism is up in the air at this point...but it WAS close. How many states is O winning by razor thin margins? And to think, had McCain handled the stock market issue by naming names, something we were all screaming for him to do but he refused, he could still have won. Blaming “Wall Street greed” instead of Franklin Raines et all, cost him the election imo.

I can’t believe it either. When I moved here in 1995, George Allen was Gov., and John Warner was the senior Senator. It was solidly red then, and has been infested too much from DC and MD.

Does any one else sense something different about this particular election?

In this election, the vast majority of newspapers, cable and broadcast networks and radio stations blatantly campaigned and suppressed facts and stories in favor of a chosen candidate. They presumed the electorate would not notice, or, not even care.

At least Michelle can be proud now.

The PUMA Myth was always an illusion. Rabid pro-abortion Hillary supporters were never going to vote for a pro-life Republican ticket that could result in Roe vs Wade being overturned.

By promoting the PUMA Myth, Obama supporters provided a huge distraction for Republicans and got many Republicans to downgrade their expressions of social conservatism for fear of attending PUMAs who barely existed.

But, I need to remind him to ignore people who say that - the only people who talk like that are the ones who are not color blind and thinking about race too much and not the issues. It starts young, doesn’t it.

It sure does. The thing to remember (and it's taken me most of my 33 years to figure this out) that when people say those things, it's never about YOU, it's about THEM. Like you said, because they see things in color, they assume you (general you) do, too. Sad really.
