How can this be, when Obama’s lead WIDENS, as Fox reported....

I am so ready for tomorrow, I am waking up at 5:00 and will be at the polls at 5:30 waiting at the door.

I still have a hard time believing that Virginia can be so supportive of Obama.

Encouraging. If Obama is not up by 5 in any state, McCain should take them.

If these polls were on Sunday that is even better since weekend polls typically skew towards dems.

Great news. Take out Rasmussen’s secret Dem turnout sauce and McCain is in great shape in these states.

Add 5 points to every one due to oversampling of Ds and Rev Wright effect (with current ads running all day).

We’re going to win.

Look for libmedia memes tonight to be about warnings of a repeat of 00 (lose the eclectoral, win the pop).

This is not a huge deal, but interesting... AOL straw poll, McCain 57% 111,749 to Obama 42% 80, 726.

Usually AOL leans left.

McCain seems to be peaking at just the right time.

Any ties go to McCain.

Bradley effect minimum 3% in my humble opinion.

Jeremiah 17:7-8

7 "But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.

8 He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit."

If McCain flips Pennsylvania (which he might with this coal story), gets Ohio and Florida plus holds on to North Carolina... he gets up to 268 electoral votes (and I think that’s where he’s at right now). If he can pull off a victory in Virginia, Colorado, Nevada, or New Mexico he wins... or maybe a surprise win in New Hampshire. (He can also tie it up with one electoral vote in Maine, which I hope doesn’t happen because that would be a nightmare.)

Scott is being pulled kicking and screaming, but at least he’s moving. McCain has the momentum at just the right time.

Rasmussen includes “leaners” in his national tracking poll. Leaners are undecided by definition. He probably includes “leaners” in his state polls as well. This falsely inflates Obama’s numbers.

Very encouraging. I see that Strategic Vision is going to release some data for OH, FL and GA today, too. Let’s hope Mac takes it!

That probably means that McCain will win all convincingly.

I'm surprised this is a Fox News poll. FNC today is sounding like McCain-Palin would need a miracle in order to win. For the last couple of months, FNC has sounded like Sean Hannity surrounded by Allan Colmes clones. Hopefully, FNC will get back to normal after McCain-Palin win.

As for this poll, it shows this election will be close. If the "undecideds" break for McCain-Palin, as expected, we will have a very happy night.
