I think you've been hiding out here for three years, a mole casting doubt on very serious issues like this.

I heard Obama was also giving McCain the finger with his other hand, behind his back.

Have you also seen Obama doing a super-secret handshake at his rallies?

"Serious issue"!?...this is getting real funny.

And the people who defend emperor zero are morons.

I don't defend Obama, I call out juvenile thinking and low-class behavior, which has been rampant of late.

If McCain wouldn't bring it up, we don't need to. Learn a thing or two about class from the person your voting for.

It's intentional. It's a "brutha" kind of thing. Like counting coup. Like a "brutha" spitting in the White folks food at the diner. Just like the old 'hood where I grew up. Homies messing with the honkies. It ain't no big thang, y'all.

You'll see. He wasn't doin' nuthin', man!

Yeah, Obama is just a low life, candy-assed piece of sh!t.

It is not a natural motion for virtually anyone, I would wager. Try it yourself, see if you would ever use your middle finger that way to touch your face, especially in front of thousands of people. I’ve been sitting here experimenting with both of my hands trying to imagine touching/scratching my face with various knuckles and fingers. I cannot find any “natural” and comfortable way to use my middle finger to touch or rub or scratch my face. It always feels quite awkward, unnatural, and uncomfortable. Index finger, palm of hand, two or more fingers, or knuckle(s), sure, but not that middle finger alone. It does not comfortably open up enough to be a natural motion like what Obama just did — the only use of the middle finger in that context is to “flip the bird.”

No, it indeed isn't. And a hip, antenna-wise politician such as Obama knows exactly what he intended and what he did.

The same little obscene caper he pulled at a gathering when referring to Hillary was greeted with laughter by that that audience - it knew exactly what he was doing (as anyone does today who is not a naive fool.)

Obama is a dangerous, low-life demagogue.

“I don’t defend Obama,”

Never said you did. I threw out a statement that’s just as crazy as what you said.

“I call out juvenile thinking and low-class behavior, which has been rampant of late.”

Is that the same juvenile thinking and low class behavior as you saying something along the lines of listening to Sarah Palin speak is like watching American Idol?

“If McCain wouldn’t bring it up, we don’t need to.”

There are a lot of things that McCain didn’t bring up, so I guess we shouldn’t go after them too eh?

McCain didn’t bring up reverend wright, so we all must shut up and not talk about it because you say so?

Here's what I really said:
I watch and listen to Palin and I’m hoping to hear greatness...but it never comes. Scary that she could be President. Feels like American Idol.

What 'feels' like American Idol is that IMO Palin's popularity far exceeds her quality. And we've got a bunch of people who are going to vote for her based on her sex and/or good looks.

There are a lot of things that McCain didn’t bring up, so I guess we shouldn’t go after them too eh?

Not in my opinion. Or do you just straight-up admit you haven't as much class as the candidate you're going to vote for?

McCain didn’t bring up reverend wright, so we all must shut up and not talk about it because you say so?

It's called having an opinion. Because I have one and express it doesn't mean I expect or demand that everyone follow it.

I know what you said, I was paraphrasing hence the "saying something along the lines of....".

"What 'feels' like American Idol is that IMO Palin's popularity far exceeds her quality"

It's funny how you're not bashing emperor zero who's popularity really does far exceed his quality as much as you have trashed Governor Palin.

"And we've got a bunch of people who are going to vote for her based on her sex and/or good looks."

Sorry to burst your bubble but looks and sex has nothing to do with why people like her or are going to vote for her.

Or do you just straight-up admit you haven't as much class as the candidate you're going to vote for?

I never mentioned WHO I'm voting for. So unless you're God, you don't know who I'm voting for.

"It's called having an opinion. Because I have one and express it doesn't mean I expect or demand that everyone follow it."

Hi pot, meet kettle.

So it's OK for you to express your opinion but we're all "idiots" for expressing our opinion(s) about emperor zero flipping the bird? FYI, he's done it twice to hillary, once to Governor Palin, and Senator McCain. It's obvious that he's flipping the bird because the only time he's done it is in reference to hillary, Palin, or McCain while all the other times he scratches his face he used his index finger.

Go ahead and make fun, Swordfished, but you'll see today that Obama's tendency to scratch his cheek with his middle finger will swing the election in McCain's favor.

So much for my lame attempts at sarcasm. Hopefully the silly season will be over by tomorrow and we can go back to debating actual statements and actions rather than reading into video stills.
