Good point. Hussein has already said he's going to “fundamentally change America”. One change I expect is that the IRS is going to implement checks on every taxpayer's return to see if their taxable income decreased from year to year. If it does, they will be charged with “hoarding”, or something equivalent to “working less for the common good”. Exemptions will be made of course for all who swear allegiance, obedience, and fealty to Oboma The Savior and bow down to same.
