I have a hypothetical question. McCain wins this Tuesday. Now the knives within the DNC come out against Hussein. In this process, it is discovered that he was not qualified to run for President (i.e.: born in Kenya and or not a legal citizen). He would have defrauded people of over $600 million. However, the DNC is not off the hook either since they did NOT do due diligence on vetting Hussein. My question is, would both Hussein and the DNC be liable of defrauding millions of dollars of the public?

Thoughts on Post 40?
And personally, I think they should be liable to all of us. Their irresponsibility affected all the candidates, not just the DNC.
