Not bad so far.
I noticed that Tina gave McCain a big smile toward at the end when he said, “Live from New York...”
Doesn’t seem like much, but, for her, that’s a miracle.
It was setup as a QVC spot (the only channel the campaign can afford) with McCain & Palin, and guest Cindy McCain, selling commemorative blank plates of the Town Hall debates, jewelry, etc. with Sarah speaking asides to the camera that she’ll either be in the WH or the next Oprah.
Well — could help, probably didn’t hurt.
Still hate the smugness of SNL.
Did I just hear Ben say he was supporting McCain?
LOL...They are bashing the view now....hahahahaha
I lked the snide remark about liberals and first ammendment rights - pretty courageous of Fey!
The other shoe might be the long awaited Keith Olderman skit. Supposedly it “savages” KO. Maybe Obama will appear then?
The SNL writers are correct — Sarah isn’t going away.
Most of it was good, but I have trouble understanding why he’d appear with someone who’s spent the past 6 weeks mocking his running mate, insulting her and her family, and generally abhorring every thing she stands for. I mean, you’d like to think McCain would be sticking up for her more than essentially endorsing Tina Fey’s impression
The blank collector plates...a not-so-subtle reminder of the ten town hall debates that Obama decllined to participate in...
Go to Youtube and watch his comedy routine from the Alfred Smith Dinner. He knocked it out of the park, and made a fool of NObama.
one jab at Biden — and nothing at Bambi — recycled the same dumb false story about Palin 2012...
If he did, then, I better get in the bomb shelter because the world is about to end.
Hey, I thought the skit was VERY favorable to both McCain and Palin! Johnny Mac came off very well. And it was funny, too. “McCain Fine Gold”!
Thanks Joe.
Yes, since every Presidential candidate he has supported (since Mondale) has lost -- he announced his endorsement for McCain.
A lame joke, but it was moderately funny.
Lighten up baby.
I’ll bet a dollar to a donut that Obama is being given the sweet spot on the special Monday night prime time SNL, night before the election and all.
Tina gay him a real smile at the end, I think she likes him.
Did anyone catch Fey when she brushed her lapel with her hand at the begining of the skit...LOL!
