This message is for Freepers in my home state of MA, those who have family and friends living in MA, or just those who would like to see Barney Frank loose his seat Nov 4th. Barney Frank had a very big hand in the $700 billion dollar financial collapse plaguing us now through his support of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, claiming there was no crisis. Now that were in the middle of it, hes not only claiming he has no responsibility for the crisis, but that he should be re-elected because of his "bold actions." As Bill O'Reilly said, this sounds like something out of The Twilight Zone. In addition Frank is prepared to engage in massive new spending and paying for it how? By downsizing our military 25% of course - while the U.S. is engaged in 2 wars. This is sheer madness!! I will say this for Frank - hes got gall. Lots of it.
This is why I urge you and anyone you know to support Earl Henry Sholley, a Republican running against Frank. Under normal circumstances Sholley would not stand a chance in Franks heavily liberal district of MA, but folks there dont buy Franks lies and understand he bears a good deal of responsibility for the global financial crisis were in.

i didn’t say ALL MA’ers vote for Barney “Fannie Lover” Franks. I know there are good MA’ers out there who can’t stand the guy both personally and politically. Unfortunately, MA is a very liberal state and tolerates creeps as their politicians.

Knocking off Barney Frank is equivalent to the Dems knocking off Congressmen John Linder, Lynn Westmoreland or Tom Price.
In MA-04, a ham sandwich could win on a Democratic ticket. Newton, Brookline and Wellesley aren't exactly GOP-friendly territory.

MA is a lost state, the people there are going to vote for D no mater what
they are totally brain dead
I hope you do get him out but my mind tells me that no matter what he will get in.
My advice is to do what we did
GET OUT for every republican, move to NH if you want to be near to family other wise move to VA,NC,CO,NM,AZ,FL to make those states more red
your vote in MA is wasted and all you do is give your money to more liberal agendas
believe me moving out of that state was the best thing we ever did, we now know our vote counts and out tax money goes to our red state
I noticed that you have not put your post up the Massachusetts Board. I also noticed that you have not selected a State where you are from.
If you want to get the word out to fellow FReepers that are from Massachusetts I would think that you would run to your State board available on FReeRepublic.

I wish you luck, but I spent the better part of the last 4 years in MA-04. If Dem seats were going down one by one across the country, this would be in the last 20 to fall.

wings, you guys should look into bringing a class action civil lawsuit against ole barney frank. he did announce that fannie mae and freddie mac were sound investments just a couple of months before both crashed causing thousands of investors who trusted his advice to lose millions of dollars and he should have to pay dearly for that.
The F.B.I. & Dept. of Justice and the I.R.S. have become little more than pawns for the dem party.
If you look at the investigations they’ve taken since Bill Clinton became pres and stocked his cronies in powerful positions in these agencies.
I think Barney could actually have a homosexual call boy mill run out of his home and get away with it.
