ZOGBY SATURDAY: McCain outpolled Obama 48% to 47% in Friday poll. He is beginning to cut into Obama's lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all...
“is now leading among blue collar voters, “
“A plumber, he’s fighting for a plumber??!!??!!??”
Ah yes Obama, and you sadly miscalculated how many friends Joe has out there, and how many you insulted ...
Ass-moose has been wrong the entire month of October. NOW he is finally towing the FR line. We told them their polls were crap.
WE at the FR told them first that their polls were crap.
This trend is very significant, though. That, and Obama really needs to be up by 8-10 in these polls to offset the pro-Obama sampling, turnout assumptions, potential "Bradley Affect", and potential youth vote slackers. If Obiwan isn't over 50%, with a 8+% lead on Monday, he's toast. Only massive vote fraud could save him then. There is no wave. It's all been an illusion.
A very astute comment. Things will go as they always do on election night. More to watch for: McCain states will be called late, Obama states will be called early, and at least one or possibly two states will be erroneously 'called for Obama' to try to influence the vote out West particularly in States like Iowa that Obama hopes to capture, and the liberal media will cling to every last possible thread all night long trying to help eek out an Obama win by keeping hope alive to the last possible minute when things go badly for him. Watch them squirm and find new electoral possibilities for Obama as the night goes on.
In 1996, they called Georgia for Clinton (Dole won it)
In 2000, they called Florida for Gore (Bush won it)
In 2004, they took somewhat of a breather.. but look for lots of media shenanigans on Tuesday night. They have pulled all the stops this year so there is no reason to expect anything but a total fiasco on Tuesday night.
Looks like some of the media woke up and realized life with Obama would be no party. He coverage is getting a little closer to the truth. Too bad they didn’t wake up months ago.
Nope, Zogby is master dart thrower. Nothing more nothing less. Any tracking poll that swing this wildly is worthless. I am also thinking Gallup is in the same boat. from O+2 to O+8 in 3 days? These polls are all a joke. Pray and Work for it, We can do it!
FYI, Zogby called California for Obama +13 and Rasmussen called it from Obama + 1.
Actual Results: Hillary +10
We can do this!
LOL! Awesome. I would have given the kid all the candy and probably hugged them. I guess you cannot hug kids these days because you would get accused of being a pedophile.
BO mask with devil horns. Priceless.
I had a trick or treater with an Obama costume on. He asked me if I was voting for him and I said “no”. (check the sign in the front yard, bud!) Then he flashed a $100 bill and said “how about now?” I said no again but can you believe it? He was about 12!
Must be moving close to a tie with Rasmussen then.
Very good news and hoping McCain/Palin peak on 11/4/08.
Yeah, my point is that a pollster would look kind of dopey (to say the least) if not downright dishonest (which is true but hard to prove)if he reported that Zero held a lead of +6, for example, on every poll right up till the last one at 7 pm election night. Zogby is just building his story now of how his polling detected the late break in favor of McCain/Palin.
arrested by thought police????
OK, that's funny right there.
Any Penguin fan is ok in my book.
Minor correction—Don’t disturb a sleeping JackAss.
He thinks hes running for Oscar instead of President!
