Obama is a scary man I agree elk - this guy is very arrogant. The Bible has an opinion of one thinking very highly of himself, "Pride goeth before destruction".

Definitely read the comments in the original article. They say a lot about how this election is going to go.

Sarah Palin heard about it here on local news WPTF out of Raleigh. She couldn’t believe O would say such a thing about people wanting to keep their hard earned money out of the hands of politicians.

If the McCain people will seize on this, BO is politically dead.
I would be really surprised if they didn't seize on it; it plays directly into their closing theme with a beautiful closing comment. "Obama says you're selfish."

Obama wants to legislate morality?
Make us give more because it is the right thing to do?
I give to the poor, every Sunday and quite often in the reply envelopes that I get in the mail from a number of charitable organizations.

This from the KING of SELFISHNESS! Mr. and Mrs. Selfishness! The people who do not do personal charity. This from ones who do not even like this country! He is scary! He must NOT WIN!

Obama, here's selfishness. I make 5 times less than your fellow leftist running mate, and give to charity 20 times more. I make 60 times less than you do and give the same amount you used to give before you saw that people were looking. And I really give it to charity, not "community organizing."
Don't talk to me about selfish.

Thanks for sharing! That sets my mind at ease. Sarah will sink her barracuda teeth into this and will not let go.

Obama’s supporters are the very definition of GREEDY. They want the fruits of other people’s labors.
That is Greed in it’s basest form.

Is that what political debate in America has come to? Calling people names? Selfish.
Obama’s arguments are juvenile. These are they types of arguments you hear on the playground made by 7 year old children. “He’s selfish, he won’t let me play with his toy.”
Childish. That’s what Obama’s arguments are.
To: Jeff Gordon
ridicule works both ways -
“0bama just said that you who want to keep more of the money you earn are selfish”
“0bama just demonstrated that he has no clue that there is a different between voluntary charity and the forced confiscation of socialism.”

How much do the Obamas give to charity compared to ANYONE who is republican?

Dear Lord, I am begging you...please save us. It's a promise, IF:
2 Chron 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

I’ve pulled that on lefties who decry “legislating morality” -
“don’t you subscribe to the idea that it is morally superior to ‘share the wealth’?”

I sincerely hope you are right and that Team McCain will go for the full throat on this, because it could be the clincher.
The American people are the most generous people on Earth. They do not want or deserve to be called selfish by their leaders. Any leader who labels us as such is not only an egalitarian demogogue, he has no business leading this nation.
