I am very frustrated and discouraged by the lack of action and coverage by the Republican Party, the PACs, and the conservative media ( especially Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity).
All this waiting until the last minute makes me suspect that Obama’s birth certificate is real.
Legs or more stupid lawyer tricks?
At this point in the game, this in not how we want to win. We need to beat them at the polls and not on technicalities.
A win on issues like this would turn Obama from a Senator into a Martyr.

it seems to be predicated on the theory that since Obama, et als, did not answer the Phillip Berg suit in the 30 days required that he/they have admitted the truth of the allegations....not withstanding the dismissal of that suit
not being an attorney i cannot comment on the nature of this theory
i also note that the “relator” declares that he is not an attorney...but who else but an attorney could have drafted such an arcane demand?

Many of us have wondered aloud what this creature was receiving in return for its apostasy. A judgeship? Sounds reasonable. I hope that the apostate creature Kmiec enjoys its worldly status for its remaining days on earth. It will answer to the Supreme Judge at the end of them, and it would not be unreasonable to speculate that things will not go well for the apostate with that Jurist.

Obama eligibility case survives 1st court test
A federal judge in California today listened to government lawyers argue that a lawsuit over President Obama’s eligibility should be immediately dismissed but refused to grant their request, saying he would make his decision and announce it later.
The result came this morning from U.S. District Judge David Carter, who already has set a tentative trial date for the dispute Jan. 26, 2010. The judge also already had lawyers draw up a tentative schedule for hearings and deadlines in preparation for the trial.
