Only if it’s Palin, it’s a hate crime if it’s Obama. No double standards here folks, move along.

Hey your right. Thanks to Larry Flint we can call it a parody of the Palin effigy in Hollywood and it’s okay.

Shocking to see how tolerant the nation is when it comes to depictions of violence against women....

UK and all of Lexington for that matter, is solid and irredeemable Leftist.
Just like U of L and most of Louisville.
It’s only the military votes around Ft. Knox and Ft. Campbell that carry the state.

The difference between the Palin hanging & Obama is that the law considers the Obama hanging as racist because he's black (historical precedence, etc) and Palin's is just a halloween prop.(no historical precedence)
Don't ya LOVE double standards?
Here's a question...I wonder how they'd react if it was Biden hanging, would the very same double standard be applied?

How do they know it’s an effigy of Obama? Maybe it’s Buckwheat.

Now I'm really getting pissed. So, what is off limits at Halloween for a black is not off limits for a white? Is this what it is?

Bingo! As an interesting experiment, someone should take one for the team and hang a Palin effigy on their lawn one week and then an Obama effigy the next. See which one gets attention from the authorities.

Ohbama, blowing in the wind.

To be fair, what with plugs’ white ‘hair’ and all, a Biden effigy would easily be mistaken for a McCain effigy.

Obama kooks love this type of "art".

Plus the Palin effigy was created by what appeared to be a couple of gay guys.....no doubt that had something to do with it being acceptable.
To: BAW
Whoever did it, it’s wrong & stupid. Apologies from people who didn’t do something are downright silly.
To: Puppage
I do, just saying it’d be difficult to ‘execute’ in practice. Now a pantsuit-wearing Hillary, on the other hand...

“Hanging Obama in effigy = hate crime.
Hanging Palin in effigy = free speech.”
Hanging Bush in effigy = free speech.
There, fixed it.

no doubt that had something to do with it being acceptable. It absolutely did. It's California, the politicians are bound to homosexuality for votes.
