Just an aside after looking at the picture you posted -
Why do politicians all laugh so hard at bill signings? They always are laughing like little schoolgirls...I’m 50, and I can’t think of many times where I’ve laughed as hard as a politician does.

Personally I think the laughing is the awkwardness of having to deal with someone you disagree with politically.
