If that’s true, then why is it that the majority of these anti Mitt folks are also over on the religious boards bashing Mormon’s in general?
Please tell me your view on why most of the conservative leaders backed Mitt. Do you feel they didn’t know his record? Or perhaps they knew more than you about the man.

Part of it is anti-Mormonism, but a larger part is jealousy. Mitt represents everything they will never have and never be.
Being pro-abortion and pro-socialized healthcare are liberal positions. That’s his history.
I oppose anyone who supports those things, regardless of what religious affiliation they claim.
I oppose Romney for those reasons just as I opposed Clinton for those reasons, even though Clinton called himself a Christian.
When their actions belie their words, they’re hypocrites and can’t be trusted, no matter WHO it is.
When someone with a history all of a sudden changes his or her position right at election time, my only thought is that that person is merely saying what they think people want to hear so they can get into office.
IOW, I think that they’re lying. Trust needs to be earned. It’s not earned by saying one thing and doing another.
