I tried to find a link to “The Bloodless Revolution of 1976” but couldn’t find it. Do you have one. I’d like to read it. Would it be helpful to read the McCarthy and Anderson decision from the USSC to help understand the current situation?

How should they have raised the issue; or would you rather wait for a competent client? Do you anticipate finding one after the election?

I just re-read your brief related to the Bush 2000 election and was quite amazed by the simple brilliance of your reasoning, even after having read it several years ago.

The ABA Journal is available on line. That's the title of the article I wrote at the request of the Editor. It describes the whole McCarthy litigation, and foreshadows the Anderson litigation to come in just four years.

I'm not looking for a competent client. If one finds me, so be it. That's how I came to work for John Anderson, four years after working for McCarthy.

Thanks for your comment on my Bush v. Gore brief. It is nearly impossible for me to do anything professionally in the balance of my life than what happened in that brief. Unless, of course, Obama wins the popular election but is not elected by the Electoral College because of a case brought against his Electors the way I envision it.

I hope that isn't necessary. We'll see.
