Skinheads planned to kill Obama and 102 others in Tennessee.
Federal agents have disrupted a plot to assassinate Barack Obama and shoot or decapitate dozens of black students in Tennessee, the ATF said Monday.
In court records unsealed Monday, federal agents said they disrupted plans to rob a gun store and target a predominantly African-American high school by two neo-Nazi skinheads. Agents said the skinheads did not identify the school by name.
A source in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told FOX News that the two skinheads, who were picked up in Crockett County, Tenn., were plotting to shoot 88 black students and decapitate 14 others described as non-whites. The source said officials believe the suspects were planning to attempt an assassination against Obama.
The numbers 88 and 14 are symbolic in the white supremacist community.
But officials could not describe how advanced or credible the plot was, nor could they say if they had contacted the Obama campaign.
Jim Cavanaugh, special agent in charge of the Nashville field office for the ATF, said the suspects also sought to go on a national killing spree, with Obama as its final target.
These guys were arrested in Denver in August. Feds at the time downplayed any assassination plot claiming these guys had been on a drug binge. Now all of a sudden it's serious??

I have an acquaintance in a Virginia law enforcement support role, and she says the VA police are bracing for riots even if Obama wins.
Sort of like the spontaneous riots that break out after the hometown wins a major hockey or football game. Except this will be every urban center across the USA simultaneously.
Get ready for live feeds of burning cars and smashed store windows on November 5 no matter what happens.
The entire Waco disaster was caused by the ATF publicity stunt gone bad.
Similar story with the hyper paranoid Randy Weaver clown. It was an ATF undercover operative that pushed Weaver into a technical violation of the law, the ATF that lied to other Federal agencies and courts and the end result was the death of a US Marshal, a 10 year old boy and a mother with an infant in her arms. To me, the agency should have been disbanded and everyone fired after that mess.
Frankly, I will never trust the ATF.
Let’s hope somebody in the MSM WILL ask these questions.

There shouldn’t be a FReeper here who believes in political assassinations. If there was a serious plot to assassinate him, I’m glad the planners were caught. I would hope such people would get life in prison.
That doesn’t make me want to throw my support behind Obama.
This event doesn’t pass by without my wondering what the timing of the arrests, timing of this press release, and why it just happens to be about one week away from the election.
Is there some sort of manipulation going on here. If this was a plot from months agao, I’m going to have to admit to wondering why this topic needed to be broached now. After months, why now? Is this just the press that has demonstration an almost fanatical devotion to Obama, exerting it’s last ounce of energy to get him elected?

Very. It will be interesting to see what sort of play it will get tonight. However, I am fairly sure that the classic photos floating around this thread are from the convention attempt in Denver a couple of months back. These guys are likely just as bright though.
