A 2001 Chicago Public Radio audiotape of Barack Obama surfaced and in it thie Presidential candidate laments that the Supreme Court under former Chief Justice Earl Warren did not go far enough.

Obama said that the Supreme Court should have decided that government should have redistributed the wealth to African-Americans...

The real October surprise - it was already, but who did notice it?

The real October surprise is not the Halloween's decision of the Supreme Court that "Obama II" is not elegible. (1)
This is the first case in the History of American Law where the Supreme Court is going to deliberate AFTER the accused already confessed to be guilty.

The reason is because the real October surprise already took place: Obama already confessed.
Not only did he confess but he even revealed details that will not be included in the Supreme Court's sentence. (2)

(2) The only thing that is not explicity revealed in the previous link is what the REAL name of Barry Soetero is, i.e. the name "Hussein Obama II" had BEFORE he was adopted by Lolo Soetero.
The reason is simple: as predicted by TRUE Prophet, this mockery is used to come one word short from reaching the utter limits, i.e. by "Obama" himself revealing his complete name. (3)

This time there was nobody else stepping in quickly to tell him to not complete the sentence. (3)

that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can’t do to you, it says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf.

OK, so I'll venture a list on what Barack believes the government MUST do on our behalf:

1. Health care

2. Welfare

3. Register you to vote

4. Mortgage assistance

5. Employment

6. Economic fairness

7. Family planning

8. News and Media fairness

9. Safe neighborhoods (gun control)

We’ll see if the alphabet networks have this on their evening broadcasts. I kind of doubt it. Neither will we see any tapes of Obama and the Palestinian terrorist whatshisname (Rashid Khalili (?))at that banquet where Obama praised him. They’ve been covering for Obama since his speech at the 2004 Dem convention. They know a fellow far-leftist when they see one, and they’ll cover for him until the bitter end.

Umm, to be honest, what he was saying had nothing to do with money. He was criticizing the civil right’s movement depending too much on the courts to ‘redistribute’ what they saw as justice.
As opposed to grassroots and local action.
What Obama said is actually opposite of ‘redistributing the wealth’ kinda statement.
