“12:46 Eastern...Rush has been talking about nothing but this!”

Rush is a smart guy. He knows by doing so he will incur the wrath of the Leftists and in so doing circulate the truth.

Pray that most Americans see and know the truth about the redistributin Obamatron.

There may still be enough time.

In other words the country was flawed for not giving the poor rights to middle class wealth. The rights in the BOR are just useful to privileged white people If you read between the lines.

Is this on National Review Online.....have you sent it to Palin/McCain etc.?

Of EVERYTHING that has come out so far, this is one of the best. Membership in the New Party etc. is big, but this is bigger because of WHAT he said and that it is his OWN words, not a membership the party itself disputes.

For some reason another Freeper points out in a post the section about his view on the Supreme Court. WHO CARES????

That is not the big deal here....

His view of redistribution of wealth IS.

Here is the actual quotes:

“But the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and sort of more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society. And to that extent as radical as people tried to characterize the Warren court, it wasn’t that radical. It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution, at least as it’s been interpreted, and the Warren court interpreted it in the same way that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can’t do to you, it says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf. And that hasn’t shifted. One of the I think tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court focused, I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributed change and in some ways we still suffer from that....Any three of us sitting here could come up with a rational for bringing about economic change through the courts.”

Nice response from McCain camp today on this audio:

“”The American people continue to learn more about Barack Obama. Now we know that the slogans ‘change you can believe in’ and ‘change we need’ are code words for Barack Obama’s ultimate goal: ‘redistributive change.’ In a previously uncovered interview from September 6, 2001, Barack Obama expressed his regret that the Supreme Court hadn’t been more ‘radical’ and described as a ‘tragedy’ the Court’s refusal to take up ‘the issues of redistribution of wealth.’ No wonder he wants to appoint judges that legislate from the bench – as insurance in case a unified Democratic government under his control fails to meet his basic goal: taking money away from people who work for it and giving it to people who Barack Obama believes deserve it. Europeans call it socialism, Americans call it welfare, and Barack Obama calls it change,” McCain senior policy adviser Douglas Holtz-Eakin said in a statement.”

No silly statement from the McCain team is going to get the job done.

CNN is now covering an Obama rally and he is still peddling the class warfare demagoguery that 95 percent of Americans will get a tax cut.

Can’t wait until February when these idiots learn that BO will start confiscating incomes beginning at 42 K.

BO has gotten to McCain’s right on tax cuts, and McCain should be ashamed of it. What an inept candidate.

Yes, I am voting for McCain.

The McCain campaign needs to hammer this point in TV ads. Don’t think that Sen. Obama’s redistribution of wealth scheme won’t hurt you, it most certainly will. The only people who will gain from it will be Washington fat cats.

Greed will be this country’s downfall. Problem is no one thinks the “redistribution of wealth” will negatively effect them. Most think they will get something out of the deal. Wrong! It won’t take long for the wealthy to find a way around the plan or else just move to another country. Small business will dry up because no one will put what they have at risk just to make money for others. This means unemployment like we have not seen since the depression. It will quickly get to a point where anyone who makes above a certain income, and it will be a minimal figure, will have the excess income collected by Sen. Obama and ACORN. It will be like the old Russia. Most everyone will stand in line for hours in the cold to get a ration of milk, bread, and toilet paper while the communist party elite dines on lobster, Iranian caviar, and champagne.

Team McCain is again missing the critical point that the American people will recoil from.

Liberties are NOT NEGATIVE. Period. Liberties are what men and women have given their lives for 200 years in defense of our nation and its freedoms. The liberties in the Constitution are written specifically to protect us FROM GOVERNMENT TYRANNY.

Let’s have a fight between LIBERTY vs SOCIALISM. Bring it on.

Team McCain will be too chicken.

Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Life=DNC does not care about that, Kill the babies so they stop punishing the living.
Liberty=What, to make money? screw that.
Pursuit of Happiness=Self worth and Self Employment, screw that, we need to tax Joe T Plumber and Barb the reporter so the people behind him can get a tax rebate they did not earn, and continue to be miserable because they have no self WORTH.

Absolutely NOTHING about this on CNN’s website. Their top story is some drivel about McCain aides being annoyed with Sarah for going “offscript” and putting her wardrobe back in the news. *rolling my eyes”

I don’t have the stomach to go look on PMSNBC but I assume its more of the same.
