Even if he wins this election, he is not the President until he is sworn in in January. He can still be dethroned.

Maybe that's what she is waiting for.

If he loses, then it won't be such a problem to expose him later.

If he wins, she'll have to bring it out or be guilty of a Constitutional violation herself (because she knew and tried to hold it.) It will cause one heck of a stick and maybe she's trying to avoid that.
