HONOLULU, Hawaii – Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate has become a focus of intense speculation – and even several lawsuits – WND has learned that Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal, and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

If the birth certificate is legit .. then why is it kept in hiding ..?? I’m failing to comprehend this.

It's the law. Only relatives can access birth certs going back a given amount of years, to protect people still living...or unless ordered by a court.

That protects us all.

There should have been law suits filed long before - and just what or who's job is it to vet a candidate for eligibility?

McCain's eligibility was proved through the courts. Why has Obama's not been? That also needs looking into.

First, I and many others do not consider our Constitution a “BS” issue.
If obama doesn’t meet the basic qualifications required by our Constitution then nothing else matters. He cannot be POTUS.

Second, the Swift Boaters were telling the truth. And we all owe them a massive Thank You for bringing the truth forward.

If the issue is a dead end for you, then just ignore it.

Obama is using a form of blackmail to thug his way through the elections. He has hinted through his surrogates that violence could arise if something doesn't please his constituencies. Frankly, this stand off is more evidence of his willingness to use violence and mayhem to get what he seeks. The entire process is becoming heated unnecessarily, heated up by Obama's inaction! He is a Vhicago thug, a little Marxist squirrel, and a wicked man willing to empower his political capital by protecting infanticide in Illinois.

The more Obama plays this peek-a-boo game over somehting as essential and as simple to produce as a certificate of live birth, the more heated the racial tensions become and he is more than willing to use that for his leverage. His bloody cousin in Kenya used it while Obama loobied heavily with the U.S.State Dept to have Odinga given a power sharing role in Kenya.

This entire episode is proof Obama will use violence to get what he wants because it is he that is pumping the bellows on the furnace of tension in America!

At one point early on in its Statehood, Hawaii allowed for a “Certification of Live Birth” document to be recorded well after a birth of a foreign born individual. That is a person not born in Hawaii. In 1960, according to US census, well over a third of Hawaii residents were of Asian origin/ancestry. Also something like less than 5000 blacks. Hawaii was less than half the size it is today.

Treason media can hide anything except a bombshell and this story would be an unbelievable one. If we had a neutral media Zero would not even be an issue.
