HONOLULU, Hawaii – Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate has become a focus of intense speculation – and even several lawsuits – WND has learned that Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal, and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

What are the ways the thing could be ordered put under seal? ...

Obama goes to HI court to have it sealed.
A court is inquiring on a suit currently open so the document must remain un tampered with.
The governor makes a decision to seal the document due to court action of some sort ongoing in HI.

What other reasons would it be under seal?

Check out the State of Hawaii Department of Health web site concerning vital records under the following: Who is Eligible to Apply for Certified Copies of Vital Records? The Governor of Hawaii is just stating the State’s rules and policies concerning these type of record. By law they are under “Lock and Key”.

In running I believe for his first Illinois Senate seat he had the Court unseal divorce records on his opponent, Ryan, to use as dirt against him.

It worked. This is a serious MF Chicago thug.

I get all sorts of inquiries about the area and try to politely and accurately reply, My. You're right about the issues but a lot of it starts here ....and elsewhere. Nothing has been released by Obama, not his birth records, school records or medical records. Everything is kapu and none of it is going to come out in the next ten days. Such is the secretive and fraudulent character of Obama.

Careful now.... depending on who asks depends on what form you get... computer generated COLB is equivalent to CB for most cases. Chances of getting photocopy of long form BC are nill, unless you are O himself. But.... it adopted, chances are zero without a court order.
