After mocking the hell out of the voter id spreads used by Rassmussen, Zogby, etc. (and this is coming from a committed Dem who will be voting for Barry O) she said the results of their polling lead her to believe that McCain will definitely win FL, OH, NC, MO and NV.

Very interesting read. . .thanks for posting. I like it.
And the corrected stats don’t take into account PUMA’s and the bradley effect, which will be huge this election. Bambi is going to be the new rep for the agony of defeat and so will the MSM.
Who is the pollster?
I don’t believe in much of the so-called Bradley effect. I think people are seriously concerned about Obama’s policies and his base ideology.
Thanks! Good stuff there. I’m hoping we pull out PA too. That’d be a wrap.
And this is wihout any Bradley effect!!
Now we can make money from the inaccuracies in the polls.

Five of eight that are needed, VA and CO are looming large.
Yep, Colorado causes me the most worry. If we lose there, we MUST pick up Pennsylvania.
bump on assumtions
Looks like I gotta get down to the McCain headquarters in Manchester to do some work!
THANK YOU FOR THIS THREAD!! WOOT!
Chin up, people!! Get out and vote.
Well, we have to have either IA or NH too, or we can’t win. Just played with the Real Politics Map, see what I mean?
I think VA is going McCain, it’s all about Colorado.
Some local professor in CO, said that he has studied Colorado politics and elections, and finds that Republicans tend to come out about 4% higher than any poll every shows.
*fingers crossed*
It’s all about the electoral college, and it favors McCain.
He just needs to hold on to red states, CO and VA.
He’ll win.
Obama needs to pick up Iowa, New Mexico and another red state to win.
NO. All McCain has to do is keep all of Bush’s states from 2004, except Iowa and New Mexico and he wins 274 to 264.
McCain doesn’t need NH, or PA if he does what I just said.
Well snarkyt, I’m looking at this election as if it were Election 2000, not 2004, we can win without NM and IA, both Bush 04 losses, “if” McPalin holds unto the mid atlantic and wins NH and CO.
The wild card is PA, McCain really pushed all in on PA.
Frum seems to forget some really simple metrics, Christians make up 130 million people in the US, firearms owners make up 70 million, people who think their taxes are too high already make up 99% of the American taxpaying public.
His middle of the road voter is actually a Center Right voter..
