Retired Greyhound: “How could this judge say that a US Citizen has no standing about his president?”
I wish I knew. How exactly would someone enforce the “natural born” requirement if no one has the right to force the candidates to provide proof of birth? Legally, who has standing to ensure requirements for political office are complied with?
If he is allowed to become president with this question still open, the other requirements are now suggestions as well. A 21-year-old President? Sure, why not?
