There are suits in Ohio, Virginia, Wisconsin, Hawaii and a few others. Look at the posting from Newsmax. All the states are listed where suits are taking place.

Thanks- I knew that was and exchange with Berg posting- but my point was the state suits and in particular the Virginia one.

I’ve looked at some of them- but not Virginia’s- will go to NewsMax :)

Washington.California,FLorida Georgia, Pennsylvania, Newyork, Connecticut, Ohio’s are all similar to Berg’s. Hawaii’s suit is a freedom of information asking to produce the BC.
