Standing is a very important judicial concept. I don't think you want anyone with a substantial bank account able to injoin any action of govt he found objectionable.

I think the only people with standing are McCain, Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Nader. i think you could probably add the RNC to the mix.Other than that the state officials tasked by state law or constitutions with actually running the elections. Berg is none of these.

I get your point but who took McCain to court to prove he was natural born and how come he/she had standing?
