I wasn’t aware that anyone had done so, certainly not successfully. The Times made it an issue almost as soon as Mac reached the magic number of delegates, but if you know of a court challenge that required Mac to respond I’ll apologize.

In my opinion, yes.
But if I were King, Hussein would have been hung or shot for treason long ago, as would John Murtha and Dick Durbin and Harry Reid and Michael Moore and Ward Churchill and Jertemiah Wright and Sean Penn and heck, that list is so long I suppose I’d be no better than Saddam with his mass graves and all...

Thank you for that information....
Actually ? I was asking, why ohh why did they not make it more clear in the US Constitution that someone running for president needs to prove they are in fact a " Natural Born " .... and I am also looking at this in the light that, those were different times back then, and we have more documents to deal with today in our every day lives.
I truly believe that we are in our 2nd Revolution for Independence for Freedom in our country.

Actually, if the Constitution fails, we then belong to Great Britain.
You're wrong there. If the Constitution fails, the union dissolves, and we revert to being 50 free and independent states, with the right to form a separate union, form militias, etc.
But it's doubtful a Constitutional crisis would cause the Constittution iself to fail...more than likely the SCOTUS would rule 0 ineligible and Biden would assume the presidency.

I agree with you but to clarify he’s not asking about law he’s asking for the US Constitution to be upheld. Which to me is the basis of laws.

That is what Berg is going to force the court to decide I believe. If they hear the case, if the decide that Obama must present his credentials, they are deciding that Berg has Standing.
The only ones I know of that have standing would be Hillary Clinton and John McCain. Perhaps the other Dem candidates that got beaten but they withdrew voluntarily, so they may not count either.

Of course she does.. so does the DNC, everyone KNOWS, and none of the bastards are standing up for the people that SENT them there right now. I am pointing at all the bailout crap here as well. As far as I am concerned, they are accessories to a crime after the fact.

“...Consider what Surrick said very carefully, read it exactly. Surrick did not say there was not a genuine grievance here. He said the same thing the Judges said about grievance in the McCain cases.
However, he did not say Obama is Eligible. He said, in effect, Eligibility is Irrelevant under the Law, at this point. Surricks rather heavy handed Dismissal specifically applies to conditions prior to the Election and is Procedural in nature. It says nothing of the very different Legal Conditions that apply after the Election. Obama has yet to either win or qualify. Technically Surrick is correct; you cannot sue for an injury that either has yet to happen or which is of an intangible nature...

Any G. I. Joe in the military should have standing to be assured of the President's proper qualifications. Otherwise, how can a soldier know he is being given orders from a legally formed chain of command?
The President is the Commander in Chief. If he is ineligible, then his orders may not be legal.
