It need not to get resolved in ten days, arguments can and will continue.
Imagine the election were held, and a write in candidate won, lets say it was one of the Olsen twins.
Even if the electoral college met, she would still be ineligible, and the courts MUST make that determination.
A person is either eligible or they are not. No middle ground.
At that point do you:
a. hold another election
b. default to the house of reps
c. elevate the winning VP
d. declare that ticket never truly existed and pick the vote winner with the most votes out of the remaining candidates?
