Looking at it, I’d say she did it herself, too. She definitely has a black eye, but there are certainly many ways she could have gotten that. And that B, aside from being backwards, looks too neat to be something scratched into somebody’s face by an asailant.
Any policeman will tell you that robbers hang out around ATMs looking for potential victims. A small, twenty year old girl in the wrong place at the wrong time could easily be a victim. I find her story entirely plausible.
I really hope she did not do this to herself.
