What’s “fishy” about it?
I’m guessing how it happened off camera and she refused medical treatment.
Though most ATM thieves know not to rob the victim in front of the camera.
If you get punched and and kicked and face carved, you usually don’t refuse medical treatment. But if may be legit. Time will tell.

The location , Liberty and Pearl, is one with pretty heavy traffic both foot and automotive and the time of the attack 9 p.m. is pretty early in the evening.
Certainly, it might be true.
But it just seems out of character for the time and location of the attack.
