She survived the attack and that would be good enough for me too.
Obviously the wound by the knife on her face was not bad enough to warrant a hospital visit and unless you are completely pummeled from your assault you generally don't have to go to the hospital for that either.

In the case of “hoax attacks”, the “victim” is usually jumping in front of the cameras and seeking publicity afterwards.
The fact that this woman did not, is telling.
