Necklacings are next.

I'm afraid to even ask, but what is a "necklacing"?

“Necklacing” is where they tie a burning tire around your neck. You die slowly OR are horribly disfurged from the burning rubber.

A tire is hung from the victim’s neck, then filled with gasoline. You can guess what comes next.

It’s an old South African tradition, orignally called a “Soweto Necklace.” Typically, blacks caught cooperating with or supporting the apartheid government would have their hands bound, and a tire filled with gasoline placed around their neck and lit.

If I remember correctly necklacing is where someone hangs a rubber tire around your neck and then sets it on fire.
