Might be too late. In any event, though, this case is all over but the shouting. Berg doesn’t have standing. This should be a slam dunk for the FEC. It’s frankly too bad that our tax dollars had to go to such a useless case as this.

The FEC doesn't handle elibility, they assume the Democrats vetted Obama. The thing that could snowball would be the realization that the Democratic party could be vetting a variety of candidates for other offices also that don't meet citizenship requirements.

Sorry, I'm confused and hope you can help clarify.... how on earth could Berg not have standing?

I know this is what the DNC & FEC motion intends to have ruled on, but it doesn't make sense to me that any citizen of PA and member of the Democratic party could fail to have standing in questions related to the eligibility of the Democratic candidate.
