The FEC doesn't handle elibility, they assume the Democrats vetted Obama. The thing that could snowball would be the realization that the Democratic party could be vetting a variety of candidates for other offices also that don't meet citizenship requirements.
Right. Although I wasn't clear, I meant it should be a slam dunk in the sense that the FEC asked the Court to dismiss the case for lack of standing.
