Michael Savage is talking about the Barack Hussein Obama lawsuit. He is really getting it stoked up. You know that now Drudge and the other Media channels will have to get Phil Berg and Andy Martin on air. Funny how nobody want to touch this but now Savage has gone nationwide with it.

I’m against Obama, but the birth certificate issue is loony tunes

I thought so too... until Obama's attorneys started using procedural moves, rather than simply showing the proper papers. One does not pay several hundred dollars per hour each for a team of attorneys to file challenges to standing, if one can simply show a single piece of paper to make a case disappear.

Secondly, Obama's own book raises a second huge questions based on his citizenship. He wrote that he went to Pakistan in 1981. Pakistan did not accept US passports (other than for diplomatic missions) in 1981. Either he lied in his own book, bribed border guards, used a foreign passport illegitimately, or used a foreign passport legitimately. Any one of those possibilities discredits the man in differing amounts... and if he was using a legit foreign passport after the age of 18, then what is his actual citizenship status? These are valid questions to ask.

My husband listened on the way home from work.

Hannity basically laid out the whole story line by line.

Hannity said the failure to produce the documents was an admission, a legal admission, that Obama was not a natural born U.S. citizen.

My husband, who is a paralegal who works in insurance defense, said that is true. In his business, if no one responds to admissions within the prescribed time, the court considers the allegations to be admitted. It is a legal fact at that point.

Rush actually mentioned it on his show today. So, the story is being monitored for developments. remember, it is a dem who is bringing this lawsuit. Cons are a little hesitant to jump on the wagon until there is something substantive to go with. A court decision in berg’s favor, and the story breaks wide open.

I was willing to believe this until Savage read the birth announcement from the newspaper. Berg said that anybody can put a birth announcement in the paper. I guess that’s true, but if you have your baby in a local hospital it’s in there automatically. Mine were and I didn’t do anything.
