I do not know why an obviously intelligent man would believe an article from the Washington Post rather than a 58 YO well-educated woman who has lived in NC all her life. I do not personlly know about VA, but I believe the word of those who live there rather than the MSM. I can see the way the McCain/Palin signs out-number the Obama signs. I talk to people all the time that tell me they are not voting for Obama. If he is not up by over 5% in NC (and he is down by at least 2%), Obama will NOT win NC. Southern Baptist Jimmy Carter barely pulled it out in 1976 and that was right after Watergate and it was against Gerald Ford, the man who had pardoned the evil Richard Nixon.
