All of the AKAs listed in the complain indicate the plaintiff’s lawyer is not a serious person, and judges - particularly federal judges - don’t like to see that kind of publicity-seeking crap right in the complaint. He’s begging for his his complaint to get dismissed on some technical ground, and the judge will oblige.
There are a whole bunch of reasons why he has listed so many “AKAs” for Obama. No-one really knows which name is on the Original Birth Certificate for one, and he is probably also asking for information that may be listed under a previous name. I don’t see that as “publicity seeking”, personally. (By the way - the plaintiff is the lawyer in this case).
