I’m making phone calls to the undecideds for the McCain Campaign. They whisper I’m voting for McCain then slam the phone down...not even answering the survey questions.
Then I got a call from Gilmore and his schpeel, but it was recorded, so I could not reply that he was preaching to the choir....heheehehe!
“Im making phone calls to the undecideds for the McCain Campaign. They whisper Im voting for McCain then slam the phone down...not even answering the survey questions”.
...are you serious? How often do you hear this “whispering” from people? Are some folks ashamed to say McCain? Are they telling pollsters “Obama” but going for McCain? Please excuse all the questions but if you could answer them I’d appreciate it. Thanks!
Here's a little excerpt:
In recent weeks I have spent a good amount of time crisscrossing the country.
Something very unusual is taking place.
From Seattle to San Diego, from Burlington, Vermont to New York City, from New Orleans to Texas and Midwest towns like Cleveland, I am hearing hushed admissions of a terrible sin: Father, Im not going to vote for Obama.
Just made my 20 today. I got cleared to do more, but couldn’t seem to make the link work. Whatever, I budget for 20 calls a Saturday anyway.
Myself, I get a lot of answering machines, hang ups, and wrong numbers. I got one live Obama supporter out of 20 calls today, and one live McCain supporter. I usually call Nevada.
