I wonder if the 10th Amendment gives right of access to a State Governer and common citizens to records verifying the qualifications of the President of the United States:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
I contacted DHS to see if I could register a county Republican organization. We could then enter in politicians that wanted to run for office. My motivation was Obamas questionable immigration status, and a state senator that needs to be checked (Sen Menendez (D NJ).
The people at the eVerify department told me that politicians dont work for us, they work for the government. They didnt agree with my perception that citizens vet and vote for them.
Oops, I didn’t clarify:
>>>I contacted DHS to see if I could register a county Republican organization.<<<
DHS’s eVerify program. I wanted to register our Rep group for the new eVerify program.
Dr. Langbert has been trying based on your argument. He has been keeping updates on his blog:

Excerpt from a 3 part blog:
The Plot Thickens: Obama’s Birth Certificate and HRS § 338-18
I have previously requested a copy of Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Janice Okubo, Public Information Office of the Communications office of the State of Hawaii, responding on July 3, has chosen to refuse to provide a copy of the birth certificate.

Front center in black dress. The man with all the leis are his neck is Obama Senior.
BTTT
and those elections he has won over weak opponents.
Yep.
That’s a remarkable photograph. Where did it come from? How are you sure that’s Obama, Sr.? What’s Janice Okubo’s history?
ping
The Times had that group photo running with a caption saying it was Obama Senior’s graduation party.
I don’t believe that because of the sailors and steamer trunks.
I have Janice Okubo’s name from Dr. Langbert’s blog.

She is the one saying no to the FOIA on the birth certificate and citing incorrect reasons as per Langbert’s explanations.
The short form should have an embossed seal, which Obama’s had.
The long form copy he could get would be a photocopy, likely, not with embossed seal.
Here is the News Url that photo was downloaded from:

Credibility given, IMO, by being cross posted at Obama’s campaign site:

We need one filed in all 57 states. /sarcasm
Why do you think he cares?
Among other things, his mother spent a fair amount of money divorcing his father--why would she have done that if they weren't married?
More than half the parents in America aren't formally married--so what?
What really happened is that they got married in the winter break between school terms in January-February 1961 (m. February 2, 1961). They went to Kenya to get married because they (or at least Obama Sr.) knew that marriage in Hawaii would constitute criminal Bigamy; marriage in Kenya was legal and in accordance with social norms.
He returned to Hawaii for spring term; she remained in Kenya and got stuck as a result of airline policy at BOAC with respect to late pregnancy. That is why he was born in Kenya.
It has already been established that the lei photo was Sr prior to his departure from Hawaii for the mainland on June 22,1962 after graduation. The man to our left beside Sr who you thought was Stanley Dunham is actually David something or other who was the host of the party at which Sr is pictured. FredNerks should be able to tell you David’s last name. The short blonde beside the sailor is David’s wife.
I'm still uncertain as to when the above image - that looks like a welcome on a dock, an arrival, judging by the sailor, and what appear to be two members of a crew; notice the 'chest' or suitcase, probably Obama srn's luggage. Most images we see have been released by Maya Soetoro-Ng and are credited to her. (So I believe NOTHING in the captions provided.)
The man on Obama Snr's left still looks like Stanley Dunham to me.
I think the party you are referring to might relate to this event:
Barak Obama (center) and friends at a party given by Arnie and Suzie Nachmanoff, in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, in the early 1960's
From left to right: Arnie Nachmanoff, (Former Under Secretary of the Treasury, and host), Suzie Nachmanoff (host), Barak Obama (Kenya), Bob Ruenitz (Fromer Senior State Department official, USA), and Dorothy (USA)
Taken in Honolulu, in 1961 at Arnie and Suzie Nachmanoff's house: from left to right: Kiri Tith (then Cambodia), Kenzo (Japan), Marda (USA), Ichiro (Japan), Suzie Nachmanoff (Host, USA), Dave (USA), Kunio (Japan), Bob (USA), Rajapakse (Sri Lanka), Barak Obama senior (Kenya), Anne (USA)
It has been suggested that the group photo where Obama snr is wearing the lei (top photo) may have been taken when Obama snr returned from Kenya to visit his son around 1970.
However, if that's Stanley Dunham with the people in the group, it isn't possible. Look how much he aged.
Obama will not release his birth certificate.
Obama will not release his medical records.
Obama will not release his Harvard records.
Obama will not release his Grandmother.
This is just speculation on my part, but...
Medical records contain place time and condition of birth.
So do birth certificates.
Harvard records/writings may contain information about his life growing up, religion, birthplace, life experiences, and political views.
Grandmother knows where when and circumstances of his birth.
Could it be that Barry, Barack, Sotero, Obama, whoever has something truly being buried?
