The idea of a “Fourth Estate” or free press protecting the liberty of Americans from tyranny is a quaint and nostalgic fantasy.

But, ironically, thanks to John McCain and his CFR, the obviously corrupt "Forth Estate" are the only ones legally allowed to critically mention a candidate's name within 60 days of an election.

After Federal Elections Commission v. Wisconsin Right to Life, Inc. (2007), that part of McCain-Feingold is effectively dead.
