What does the actual decision say? This is ridiculous. How could ANYONE back up her dumb arguments?
Not sure what the breakdown was, or what their rationale was.
My guess though is, that the court has decided amongst themselves privately not to get involved in election disputes in the future if possible. I said a few days ago that the Supreme Court would simply not get involved. I was told "they will have to". Turns out I was right.
